Refund Policy
1. Returns Timeline
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition with tags, and in the original packaging.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Visit our Contact page to request a return authorization.
Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send instructions for shipping the item back.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
You’ll be notified via email once your refund is processed.
6. Exceptions
Sale/Clearance items: Final sale (no refunds).
Gift cards: Non-refundable.
Defective or incorrect items: Contact us immediately for replacement, exchange, or refund — shipping on us.
